This Commission from the San Francisco de Young Museum was in tandem with the opening and closing of the Chihuly Glass exhibit

2400 Degrees Fahrenheit was inspired by the torrid alchemy of transforming sand to glass, and the whimsy of Chihuly glass come to life. Guests immersed themselves into these wondrous environments and into the illuminated inferno of the artist's imagination.
